Minority Business Enterprise Certification


Minority Business Enterprise Minority group members are United States citizens who are Asian-Indian, Asian-Pacific, Black, Hispanic, and Native American. Ownership by minority individuals means the business is at least 51% owned by such individuals or, in the case of a publicly owned business, at least 51% of the stock is owned by one or more such individuals (i.e., the management and daily operations are controlled by those minority group members.)


MBE with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), a private third-party that certifies minority-owned businesses on behalf of U.S. corporations or MBE certification through city, county, or state programs.

SAM.gov Registration


Before you can do business with the U.S government, you must complete and stay active in the System for Award Management (SAM. Gov) Active SAM registration allows your company to bid on federal contracts. At the end of the registration and after successful validations, the government will issue your company a CAGE code. CAGE stands for Commercial and Government Entity code. 


We offer assistance with getting your company registered in SAM. We will help you research the right NAICS codes, PSC/FSC codes, and provide you with the requirement to complete the registration.

Service Disabled or Veteran-Owned Small Business Certification


Service Disabled Veteran Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) means a business that is at least 51% owned by one or more service disabled veterans or in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51% of the equity ownership interest in the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity is owned by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans. 


The businesses are eligible to compete for sole-sources and set-aside contracts at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA set aside at least 7% of its contracts each year specifically for certified VOSBs and SDVOSBs. You can also compete for contracts under other qualifying socio-economic programs.
